The most efficient way to contact us is via email.
We answer all emails as speedily as possible and find that as a worldwide retailer this is far more efficient and speedy than using telephones.
Every email we receive is read and assigned to a team member from the department relevant to your questions. You can be confident in receiving a knowledgeable and most helpful reply from an experienced member of the team.
What can your customer service team assist me with?
Whether it's an order related query, advice on what shade/ product would best suit you or a question about your MCR extensions, our customer service team are more than happy to assist you at and aim to respond within one business day.
Be sure to include your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email) along with your address so that the team can find your information quickly and efficiently.
Hair extension Shade Match
Our team are happy to assist you with a shade match over email. To ensure they give you the closest match possible and get this just right for you they would need to see some photos of your hair outside, in natural lighting.
We find the below tips really help us find the closest match for you:
- Ensure your hair is worn down and the pictures show all of your hair, opt for head and shoulder shots instead of close-ups
- Natural outdoor lighting is ideal, but no direct sunlight
- A snap showing all of your hair from the back would be really helpful
To ensure the safety of our customers' payment information and to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity, we have a very secure order processing system. Sometimes our system may detect that your order is at potential risk of fraud, and in this instance your order will automatically be placed on hold until we verify your order details with you as the card holder.
There are a number of reasons why your order may be flagged, such as:
- a discrepancy between your billing and shipping information
- high value order
- your shipping/billing region having a high rate of online fraud activity
or other factors.
If your order is flagged, you will receive an email from the team asking you to verify your details. To verify, and ensure your order is processed in a timely manner, please respond to the email as soon as possible with the requested information.
